RESEARCH INTERESTS:
Applied and computational mechanics and diverse applications to problems of practical interest: structural and materials mechanics, technology for controlled thermonuclear fusion, porous media mechanics, mechanics in medicine. His current research focuses on tumor growth modeling, transport of nanoparticles in diseased microvasculature and hydraulic fracturing.
