XVI School of pure and applied biophysics

Multimodal Methods for Cell Imaging and Tracking

Istituto Veneto di Scienze, Lettere ed Arti
Palazzo Franchetti
Venice, Campo S. Stefano
January 30 - February 3, 2012

The School focuses on contemporary biophysical topics. The selected subjects will draw young researchers' attention to frontier research issues of considerable scientific and educational impact. The School will be held in the magnificent Palazzo Franchetti, the premises of the "Istituto di Scienze Lettere ed Arti" located in the historical centre of Venice.
In 2012, the subject of the school is Multimodal Methods for Cell Imaging and Tracking covering the following topics:

- Tracking the Immunological response
- Intravital two-photon imaging- Principles/Applications of CARS microscopy in Life Science
- Nanomedicine strategies for molecular targets with MRI- Cell imaging with optical and opto-acoustic imaging
